Mr Heard is President and a Director of Consolidated Global Minerals and of Global Uranium Corporation and was until June 2006 a director of AIM-listed Maghreb Minerals plc. Mr Heard has spent over 27 years in the mining industry. He has successfully started four new surface mines and has managed projects in Africa, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and the US. As mine manager, Mr Heard participated in the successful development of a coal mine joint venture between RTZ and BP in Indonesia.

Mahesh N Patel

Age 50, Non-Executive Director

Mr Patel brings 20 years of experience of accounting across a broad range of sectors. He will be the non-executive responsible for overseeing the companies finance and accounting.

Peter Jay

Age 63, Non-Executive Director

Peter Jay is a consultant to Beachcroft, a leading firm of solicitors, having been a partner in the Corporate Finance department until May 2007. He specialises in advising companies on AIM and PLUS listings, as well as other aspects of corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions and management buy-outs. He was from 1998-2002, the senior partner of Finers Stephens Innocent. He brings nearly 40 years of experience as a solicitor specialising in corporate finance.
